The Chairman asked weather or not the Association <br /> would be receptive to a change in the Special Permit <br /> regarding the use of organic fertilizers. She explained <br /> the Board' s concern with the use of organic fertilizers for <br /> large projects as opposed to commercial. fertilizers. <br /> The Chairman asked for Applicant' s consideration and <br /> commitment fok the exclusive use of organic fertilizers. <br /> She farther explained that the Board is making an attempt <br /> to control excess nitrogen through the use of fertilizer. <br /> Ir. O' Connor agreed to discuss this matter with the <br /> Project Manager. He did not voice any objection to this <br /> suggestion. ) <br /> The Chairman then asked about the timetable proposed <br /> by the DEP. <br /> Attorney Schaeffer responded, they have been given one <br /> year (from the date the settlement agreement is signed) in <br /> which to provide all applications and plans. Applicant is <br /> awaiting approval from the flown in order to move forward <br /> with the DP process. <br /> Per.
