The Town Planner advised that the Special Permit i <br /> enforced by the Building Inspector. He suggested a meeting <br /> w-it-h- the Building _ Inspector to make him aware of the <br /> Conditions of each Special Permit issued. <br /> The Town Planner al-so suggested, and t-he Board agreed, <br /> to schedule updates on a regular basis (quarterly) with the <br /> developer to be included as a condition of the Special <br /> Permit . <br /> 10 . - .,Due to substantial changes in the plans since <br /> their first meeting, the committee met again with the <br /> Applicant on Qctober 1 ,, 2006.
