" Her concern is for any <br /> passible future suggestion discussion for additional <br /> building on the designated open space . <br /> Mr. Rowley suggested there may be sufficient <br /> information on the plans that the open .space could be <br /> delineated by a surveyor in a limited way us-ing the <br /> boundaries of the property, and- using the plan as a <br /> reference. <br /> The Cha,irman clarified she is attempting to .protect <br /> the Town and the Planning Board from any possible future <br /> attempts to encroach on the designated open space. <br /> Mr. Rowley suggested a special mention be made of this <br /> concern in the Conditions of the modifications, that the <br /> Board is aware of the fact that the open space issue has <br /> been wart of this deliberation for modification and that <br /> assurances are made that the open space is protected. <br /> The Chairman recognized Mr. Fudala who informed the <br /> Board that -due to modifications to the original plan over <br /> time that some of the open space ha-s di-sappeared. He <br /> suggested a current open space plan be determined rather <br /> than raking reference to the original plan. <br /> There was some discussion regarding a designation f <br /> the open space and enforcement issues . Attorney Schaeffer <br /> suggested the Applicant work with the Town in order to <br /> provide a defined open space boundary/plan for submission <br /> to the state process. <br /> The Chairman suggested a Condition be placed in the <br /> modificati n wh reby the Town and Applicant would cooperate <br /> n the matter of open space de s ignat ion bounda-vies in the <br /> fora of a plan sufficient for filing purposes with the <br /> State. <br /> Mr. Fudala suggested the Board address this. matter <br /> within the Modification Decision to be considered a minor <br />
