f ' <br /> Lee Gurney suggested the language in Condition #2 <br /> ,`...including issues regarding garbage disposals" be deleted. <br /> Lee Gurnee also suggested substituting. language in <br /> Condition #3 to read, "It is a requirement of this Per.mit <br /> that only organic fertilizers may be used within the <br /> development and any pesticides used shall be of a type <br /> approved by the Town of Mashpee Board of Health and applied <br /> by licensed applicators . Use of fertilizers and pesticides <br /> shall be minimized and the use of natural pest control - <br /> methods should be encouraged. Th.e Applicant shall provide <br /> the local Board of Health with a complete list o_f any such <br /> fertilizers or pesticides used on the property and the <br /> methods of storage on the site. " <br /> The Chairman asked that the last sentence of Condition <br /> #3 read, "The use of these fertilizers will be documented <br /> in, n annual report submitted either in person or by mail <br /> to the Planning Board once annual.y on the annive..r a-ry of <br /> this modification, in perpetuity. <br /> With regard to Condition #5 th-e Chairmat clarified <br /> that the nature trail footpath is not meant to be anything <br /> elaborate, but rather -should be Dept in the wild yet <br /> passable/accessible for the citizens of Mashpee to enjoy. <br /> The Cha,i rman them made reference to page 6, 12E of the <br /> original Special Permit, requesting an additional Condition <br /> be incorporated into the modification reiterating the <br /> requirements of paragraph B (clean-ing of the catch basins <br /> with annual reports to the Planning Board, in perpetuity) . <br /> Item 12B, page 5 of the original Special Permit to b <br /> rei=terated in the modification as well as the requirement <br /> to use phosphorus free products . <br /> The Chairman then broached the subject of the bounding <br /> of the open space area. <br /> Attorney Schaeffer- commented that he feels it is <br /> completely impossible as designated on the site plan. He <br /> stated it is a totally irregular line and that there is no <br /> way to determine a legal description.
