He also noted that at the time it met DEP <br /> requirements . <br /> The Chairman then asked for comment on the draft <br /> Special Permit document . <br /> Mr. Rowley made reference to item #4 of the <br /> Conditions, stating it wa-s his understanding that prior to <br /> the submission of plans to .DEP, Applicant was to submit <br /> said plans to the Planning Board for review and comment to <br /> DEP, and a further set of final plans as approved by DEP <br /> was to be provided as well . He suggested the language be <br /> changed to Bread, "Will submit a set of final design plans <br /> prior to DEP approval to the Planning Board for review <br /> within -days of the submittal to DEP. And, a final set <br /> of plans within 0-days of DEP approval, in order to insure <br /> .there are no further modifications required and that the <br /> details of construction a-re sufficiently inspected and <br /> conform to good engineering practices .
