Favor: Dennis Ba'l arini, Lee Gurney, Beverly <br /> Kane, John Halachis, and Harvey Cohen. <br /> Planning Board Member Myrna Nuey did not vote in this <br /> matter, as she- had not been present to hear the -entire <br /> testimony of previous Public Hearings . <br /> Approval Not Required <br /> New Seabury Properties <br /> Corner of Fairway Lane and Sean' est Drive <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and <br /> recognized Torn Bunker, BSS Design. <br /> References were being made to a plan of land entitled, <br /> "Plan of Land in Ma hpe , MA prepared for New S abury Golf <br /> Club, LL , dated November 1 , 2006 by EarthT ch. <br /> Mr. Bunker explained that the Board had approved -a <br /> plan in June 2006 for the Flatpond Subdivision. Land Court <br /> is requiring a separate plan so that Lots B. C, and CI can <br /> be conveyed to Bayswater Realty, so that the entire <br /> Flatpond Subdivision could be accepted. Lots A and B are <br /> to remain part of the Golf Course property. Lot C will <br /> become a portion of house lots. Lot C1 will remain <br /> unbuildable with the exception. of an entrance sign a-nd <br /> decoraltive entrance wall to the Flatpond Subdivis-ion. <br /> 9 <br />
