Source Control Best Management Practices <br /> I. Trash containers shall be covered. If leaks are found the container shall be replaced. Any <br /> trash container area shall be kept clear of debris. <br /> 2. Equipment shall not be washed in a location that cleaning water, oil and grease can reach a <br /> storm drain. <br /> 3. Catch basin grates should be stenciled or warning signs posted "Dump No Waste - Drains to <br /> Groundwater". <br /> 4. A spill response kit shall be stored and maintained on site. Lab Safety Supply - Oilup <br /> Sorbent® 31 Gallon Spill Response Kit or equal. Two (2) SpillmagnetTM 24" x 24" drain <br /> covers shall be stored with the spill response kit. Kits and refills are available from Lab <br /> Safety Supplv (1-800-356-0783). <br /> 5. The parking areas and driveways shall be swept when necessary to remove accumulated <br /> debris. <br />
