He <br /> also presented letters he drafted regarding which included an explanation of hoer they <br /> will come in the road a different way; hover he is leaning more towards an easement than <br /> a license; and what typo of materials he will and will not store there. <br /> Torn Fudala presented the draft decision from January 2, 2002. He read through the <br /> entire draft. He noted,that the original date of the draft was November r 19, 2001 and that <br /> a fever modifications were made. -He said there should be a condition put in regarding <br /> clean fill containing no deleterious materials. He also said that Steve should provide a <br /> revised letter regarding ground grater protection. The date on the existing letter was <br /> changed to t day's slate.
