Charlie presented a letter from Chris Costa regarding bounding and <br /> . suggested that Chris put together a sketch for Roy regarding the addition.of catch <br /> basins.'T m suggested that Charlie manually write in the specific recommendations to <br /> be voted on.. Charlie had a question abet the.amount of$11 280. Roy said that this <br /> estimate ame from the contractor. The Board asked Roy to get something In writing <br /> from a subcontractor with a breakdown of estimates. <br /> Motion by Steve to release covenant subject to Roy submitting-an itemized bid contract, <br /> item by item, on a contractor's letterhead. Seconded by Beverly- unanimous. <br /> Applicant: Ken Marsters <br /> Location: uashnet" alley <br /> Request: Discussion of Quashnet Malley Development <br /> Ken Marsters care before the Board to give an overview of his intentions regarding <br /> u shnet Valley Development. He said he became involved with this development back <br /> in 1992. His plan was to develop in sic phases for which he has permits with no road <br /> approved. <br /> Torn Fudala presented plans of the total project of Quashnet Malley Country Club for <br /> Board review. The plans show condos and single-fam' it homes that have not yet been <br /> r built. Torn said there has been no discussion on this project in fifteen ears. He also <br /> said that the ZIBA a ial Permit has never been subdivided. This ro'ect, he said, gill <br /> p project, <br /> be a Planning Board subdivision issue which will inc.ludb storm water regulations and <br /> `# road design. There was lengthy deliberation of the plans. <br /> Toren brought u the issues of storm water drainage issues and nitrogen removal. There <br /> g p g g <br /> were was lengthy discussion about this.
