He said he became involved with this development back <br /> in 1992. His plan was to develop in sic phases for which he has permits with no road <br /> approved. <br /> Torn Fudala presented plans of the total project of Quashnet Malley Country Club for <br /> Board review. The plans show condos and single-fam' it homes that have not yet been <br /> r built. Torn said there has been no discussion on this project in fifteen ears. He also <br /> said that the ZIBA a ial Permit has never been subdivided.
