Torn Fudala distributed copies of the draft modification p to special permit. Torn went through Reins which reflected changes. Motion by Beverly to give a reduction of a 50 ft. buffer for area on plan adjacent,to property owned by Willowbend and the Town of Mashpee. Seconded by Steve; unanimous. Motion by Beverly to red'uce the Zoo ft. wetlands setback to that which is shown on the zoning compliance-plan of March �1., 2002. Seconded by Steve; unanimous. form Fudala distributed and referred to Charlie's letter regarding open space and boUnding of 49.5 acres of total open space.of projiact. He then returned to,the draft modification. He said that he granted more regulations put in for nitrogen. There was some lengthy discussion about traffic and the intersection. Bruce expressed dismay over the fact that-there will be ongoing mitigation instead of one lump sure. Beverly suggested a change in Item 20 regarding this issue.
