Filed February 6, 2002p <br /> Attorney J ose h Maruca p r vided copies,of documents with a history'of the project. He <br /> explained how the parcel of land was purchased in 1 Dulce Bryant. Mr. Bryant <br /> '1981, willing a portion of land to a famoll friend. When this friend died, the land <br /> died �n w g .. . . <br /> was purchased b the son of the deceased. It was lamer found out than a subdivision was <br /> p <br /> created without previous Board approval. He is seeking approval of a definitive <br /> subdivision plan with waivers. He said that he is re in iaivers because it doesn't conform to current <br /> zoning laws. <br /> Paul Averett had a question about the waiver in regards to lot size. He expressed <br /> concerns about driveway footage and said that he ,nay.have trouble building a house. <br /> Several abutters were present. They had concerns about other abutters not being <br /> notified and also about a big subdivision going up. <br /> Brian Garner Attorney for buyer, Mr. lose: said that his client wanted to put a house <br /> and a barn <br /> n the land and that he wanted the same rights as every other owner. There was a lengthy discussion about <br /> the retractie v -endorsement.
