Town of Mashpee T O W A F �� E E <br /> Planning Board TO.4-11' RK <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> 0 <br /> 2 S EP -� ; 6 <br /> July 3, 2002 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called to <br /> order in Conference Room #1, Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck <br /> Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 7: oo p.m. on Wednesday, <br /> July 3, 2002 . The Chairman, Beverly Kane, presided. <br /> Board Members present: Dennis Balzarini, vice Chairman; <br /> Steve Dolan, Clerk- Beverly Kane, Chairman; Don Myers, Associate <br /> member 7 : 1 p.m. ) ; and Richard Terry. <br /> Also present: Thomas. Fudala, Town -Planner-: Eric Smith, <br /> Assistant Town Planner; and Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer. <br /> The Chairman declared a quorum to be present and called the <br /> Meeting to Order. As the first order of business she addressed <br /> Public e r i <br /> Anthony Laava Cape & Islands Engineering <br /> uashnet valley West - Assessors Map 59, Blocks I and <br /> The Chairman recognized John Slavinsky, representing <br /> Applicant, who explained this project to be a► -lot subdivision <br /> based upon Special Permit. He made reference to comments made <br /> and received from the Consulting Engineer. <br /> The Chairman also recognized Kenneth Marsters <br /> Mr. Rowley stated there is no cul-de-sac on Nicklaus Way <br /> which is approximately 500 feet long and connected to a 20 foot <br /> emergency access. He suggested consideration be given to an <br /> alternate route; and more detail be shown on the plan with regard <br /> to the turn around easement. A number of technical .issues need <br /> to be addressed. <br /> The question of traffic signs to be located at' the <br /> intersection of Falmouth/old Barnstable Road; and Tiger Path 1 <br /> foot cut in existing grade. <br /> There was some question as to the plan of reference - <br /> 1973 Special Permit., 1975 Modification and Change, 1980 Phasing <br /> Schedule. <br /> The Town Planner referred to the original 1973 project <br /> Decision and signed Planning Board letter which states, "The <br /> Board has completed its preview of all plans submitted for the <br /> uashnet valley Country Club project. The Board has met. several <br /> times with the owner and planners and suggested many changes and <br /> necessary revisions/modifications were made and the plans have <br /> all been resubmitted. Therefore the Planning Board has no further <br />
