The Chairman inquired if there were any Trustee <br /> representatives present who might like to comment, <br /> Mary Scanlon stated the Trustees had signed another document <br /> approximately ten (1 days ago. <br /> In response to Board questions Mr.. Bornstein stated it has <br /> taken approximately four/five months to produce a Deed to <br /> everyone' s satisfaction. This particular building phase has been <br /> in progress for the past year. <br /> The Chairman stated the position of the Board is to be <br /> presented with a recorded Open Space Deed prior to discussion of <br /> Phase III * That having been said, she suggested further <br /> discussion be continued to the next meeting. <br /> The Chairman recognized the following members of the public <br /> Rosita Lacey, Trustee expressed concern regarding the <br /> current Phase. Landscaping issues, installment of sprinkler <br /> systems . Residents are becoming discouraged with the progress of <br /> Phase II . <br /> In response, Mr. Bornstein stated that upon completion o <br /> Phase II, the landscaping will be completed. Planting began <br /> approxirrtely one and one-half months ago, there have been ,issues <br /> with the contractors regarding installation of the sprinkler <br /> system. Plantings are being watered manually in the meanwhile. <br /> The Chairman assured residents that upon completion of Phase <br /> II an inspection will be conducted by the Board and that all <br /> concerns will be addressed prior to commencement of Phase III . <br /> Tom Quinn who spoke to the issue/difficulties of installing <br /> three wells prior to installation of a sprinkler system. Efforts <br /> are being made to accommodate the original fourteen units by <br /> placing one of the wells in their proximity. <br /> Bill Casey, Unit 142, (Phase 1A) expressed his concern <br /> regarding tree pruning., the removal of dead limbs, etc. on his <br /> property. He cited potential, safety hazards with the existing <br /> conditions. The issue of creating an extra parking space/hot top <br /> has not yet been addressed. He expressed his dismay with <br /> conditions of Phase II. <br /> Tort Quinn responded to the previous speaker by stating dead <br /> tree limbs have been removed. The parking area has been approved <br /> by the Consulting Engineer with the exception of tarring the <br /> extra gravel parking space. The wells have been built and <br /> covered over with wood, and relandscaping has been completed. <br /> e will address the remaining one dead limb himself on Friday of <br /> this weep. <br /> - - <br />
