The chairman reiterated the Board will examine all issues <br /> and concerns, having been raised by the residents. She suggested <br /> Applicant work more closely with the Trustees in Phase III in <br /> an- attempt to resolve issues prior to appearing before the <br /> Planning Board. <br /> Mr. Quinn stated Applicant is not has never been responsible <br /> for Phase 1A. <br /> Martha Sackett, Unit 30 Phase II who stated Applicant has <br /> provided some beautiful plants for her unit, which they have been <br /> watering, as well as those plants located behind their unit and <br /> their neighbor' s unit. She reported a limb hanging over her <br /> walkway, pile of unidentified materials/building frame. <br /> It was explained that this is' a temporary constrction <br /> process (bark mulch) to weigh down the sand during framing. <br /> r. Quinn informed the Board that he has assumed payment of <br /> the previous speaker' s water bill, as well as others, who have <br /> taken on the responsibility of watering the landscaping that has <br /> been provided. <br /> The Chairman again urged the Applicant and Trustees to <br /> better communicate with each other so that issues/concerns are <br /> not being argued at future Planning Board Meetings. <br /> Norm Glennon, Unit 137, who made reference to trees/dead <br /> limbs located on his property. <br /> Steve Dolan suggested residents address all concerns in <br /> writing to the Trustees for presentation to management for <br /> resolution, rather than looking to the Planning Board. <br /> Rosita Lacey commented that when issues/concerns raised by <br /> the Trustees are not properly addressed, they are brought to the <br /> Planning Board for resolution. She asked for the status on <br /> Coastal Engineering list of concerns regarding the wastewater <br /> treatment facility. <br /> Mr. Quinn stated Applicant has responded in writing to the <br /> attorney. All DEP requirements have been met . All engineer <br /> comments/concerns have been addressed. Additional space around <br /> the leaching field has been cleared and fencing has been <br /> installed. The road has been hard packed. <br /> Reference was made to a letter received from Robert Lopes, <br /> to which Applicant has responded and which issues have been <br /> addressed. <br /> The Chairman suggested Applicant address all issues raised <br /> by the residents this evening and prior to Planning Board site <br /> visit for inspection of Phase II completion and approval for <br /> commencement of Phase III . - - <br />
