Thomas, P.O. Box 2004, Cotuit, MA <br /> 02635 on a Definitive Plan entitled "Miller Farm Road, Definitive Plan of Land for Thomas 2- <br /> Lot Subdivision Plan in Mashpee, Massachusetts", dated March 18, 2002 as revised May 30, <br /> 2002, by Christopher Costa & Associates, 465 East Falmouth Highway, East Falmouth, MA <br /> 02536. <br /> The application has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1) The definitive plan shall properly address the comments of the Board's Consulting Engineer as <br /> contained in his letter to the Board dated June 5, 2002; <br /> 2) Any stumps or other unsuitable material present in the layout of proposed Miller Farm Road <br /> shall be removed and propsrly disposed before road construction to the satisfaction of the Board's <br /> Consulting Engineer; <br /> 3) Details of the typical section within drainage retention areas shown on sheet 3 shall be revised <br /> to reflect the addition of stone and dimensional details surrounding the drainage pipe, with said <br /> revisions to be submitted for review and approval by the Board's Consulting Engineer prior to <br /> endorsement of the definitive plan. <br /> 4) the applicant shall file a revised mylar and prints of the definitive plan sheet showing all <br /> abutters. <br /> The plan may be viewed at the office of the Town Clerk. Any appeal shall be taken from this <br /> decision in Superior Court, and notice of said appeal shall be filed with the Town Clerk, within <br /> 20 days from the date hereon. <br /> To Clerk <br /> GI <br />
