Applicant requests <br /> continuation to September 4, 2002 . <br /> The Torn Planner explained the September 4th date extends <br /> beyond the t ime f range for Board decision and filing with Town <br /> Clerk. Mr. LaCava has submitted a letter requesting an <br /> extension. <br /> 1r.
