All plan drawings shall be submitted 'on suitable material at the scales indicated in <br /> .Subsection B above or such other scale as is approved by the Board, with all plan sheets,to <br /> have perimeter dimensions of " ". <br /> H. Failure to submit all required application materials, fees, plans and reports may be <br /> considered grounds for disapproval of an application. <br /> Section V <br /> PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION AND APPROVAL <br /> F SPECIAL PERMIT APPLICATIONS <br /> A. Any application for a special permit shall be filed by the applicant with the Town Clerk, and <br /> a copy of said application, including the date and time of filing certified by the Town Clerk, shall <br /> be filed forthwith by the.applicant with the Board, in care of the office of the Torn Planner. <br /> B. One set of all application materials, as specified in Section IV, shall be left with the Town <br /> Clerk at the time of filing. Additional Sets of all application materials as req.uired by the I ashpee <br /> Zoning By-lair small be filed with the Board, in care of the office- of the Town Planner, The <br /> Town Planner, on behalf of the Board, will transmit one set each to those departments and <br /> agencies specified in the Zoning- By-law. In addition, all plan drawings specified in Section IV <br /> shall also be submitted on a Windows compatible diskette(s) or CD as specified in Section VI <br /> and filed with the Board, in care of the office of the Town Planner. <br /> Where the application involves tidal areas or waterways, three additional sass of application <br /> materials shall be submitted to the Board and will be forwarded by the Town Planner to the <br /> Shellfish Commission,, the Harbormaster and the Waterways warys Commission. <br /> For mixed use or commercial developments,.or projects that will involve a Variance request, one <br /> additional set shall be submitted to the-Board for forwarding to the Zoning Board of Appeals. <br /> C. In addition to the materials specified in section I , one copy of any documents filed with <br /> the Cape Cod orr mission as part of any application to the Commission regarding the profi t, <br /> along with-one-copy of any decision b� the Commission on the project, as well as one copy of <br /> any filings with the state MEPA office or decisions by the secretary of Environmental Affairs <br /> regarding environmental review of-the project, shall be filed with the Board in care ofthe office <br /> of the Town Planner. <br /> D. Prig to the Board's public hearing on the application, the applicant shall stake. out the <br /> center line of any proposed streets, the location of any proposed buildings and the limits of any <br /> proposed clearing. <br /> i <br /> I2 <br />
