of subsection 17 . .A. of the Iashpee Zoning By-lair , with plan drawings at a scale of <br /> 1 inch =. 40 feet; <br /> 1 . proposed building elevation drawings (side, front and back) at a scale of ' inch = 1 foot, <br /> (for large or phased projects, ►`typical.. elevations may be submitted at the discretion of the <br /> Board), shoving any proposed gall signs, along. with any design standards or codes to be <br /> applied to structures within the project; <br /> 16. proposed signage designs at an appropriate scale, including location and dimensions of any <br /> freestanding signs; <br /> 17. plans and documents illustr ting the proposed system of-site lighting, at an appropriate <br /> scale with lighting fixture size and type identified; <br /> 18. accurate calculations of the area within the site of wetlands, of any open space to be <br /> preserved or transferred to the torn or to a nonprofit organization and of areas proposed <br /> for roadways and other development, along with the applicart's calculation of allowed <br /> dwelling ling units for residential projects, or square footage of non-residential structures, based <br /> on the provisions of the applicable section of the Zoning B -law;. <br /> 1 . a Hater Quality Report prepared in conformance with the requirements of Section 17 -27 of <br /> the Zoning By-law, including a plan showing the location of all water quality monitoring <br /> wells at a scale,of 1 inch = 100 feet; <br /> Zo. where -the Zoning Bar--law requires the provision of open space, the developer's declaration <br /> of his choice of rinethod or methods of dedicating the required open space of the three (3) <br /> methods described in the Zoning By-law, along with proposed covenants and restrictions to <br /> secure the permanent legal existence of the preserved open space and the proposed <br /> wording of any deed for transfer in fee to the Town or to a nonprofit rgani ataon and <br /> i <br /> 1. any additional items required by Article IX of the Zoning By-law for special permits issued <br /> under the terms of applicable sections of that article. <br /> C. In addition, the applicant shall submit a listing of the names and mailing addresses of all <br /> parties in interest, as determined from the most recent tax list and certified by the office of the <br /> Board of Assessors of the torn in which their property is located. Applicants shall include three <br /> sets of mailing labels, with the names and mailing addresses of all certified parties in interest <br /> printed thereon, with the certified list. The Applicant will be required to pay the cost of certified <br /> mailing of public hearing notices and of regular nailing of decision notices (see section IIi1 . <br /> D. The applicant shall submit plans on diskette as required by sections v and III. <br /> E. For projects that also involve a subdivision of land, all application materials required by the <br /> Board's Rules and Regulations emIn the Sub lion of Land s h a I I also be submitted. <br /> F.
