Any gutters, berms or other d r'ainage facilities shall be-in addition <br /> to the.required lane width. <br /> Vertical curbs shall be of granite or cast-in-place concrete. Asphalt vertical curbs shall not <br /> be permitted. <br /> B. Project driveways shall be located at least 125 feet from-any strut intersection or any other <br /> driveway, measured from driveway center tines and from street sidelines i.e. sidelines <br /> extended to the point of intersection with the sideline of the intersecting street, ignoring <br /> corner radii). Only one driveway exit and one driveway entrance may be located along any <br /> street abutting the project, unless the Board determines that a greater number will provide <br /> safer and more efficient access and egress to the property. Unless the Board determines <br /> that such access is required on the basis of public safety considerations, direct driveway <br /> access to Routes 28, 151 and 130, Great.-Neck Road North and South, Great oak Road, fed <br /> Brook Road, Quinaquisset Ave., cotuit Toad, South Sandwich Road, Lowell Road/ old <br /> Barnstable Road west of Lowell Road, onna's Lane and Job's Fishing Ro.ad shall be <br /> prohibited where alternate access from other streets is available. Where a project has <br /> frontage on more than one +e t, driveway access shall generally be required to be from <br /> the street or streets with Iowe'r AA T. <br /> 9, Driveway or street interconnections between adjacent projects shall be required wherever <br /> • <br /> feasible in order to improve traffic circulation and reduce turning movements and travel on <br /> abutting major streets. Where a project abuts vacant property in the same zoning district, <br /> it shall provide for future interconnection to said property at points approved by the Board. <br /> 1 <br />
