Parallel parking spaces shall be a minimum of twenty four feet in length and 8 feet in <br /> width, except that they may be reduced to twenty three feet in length where it is <br /> demonstrated that the use served will not involve high parking turnover or a large <br /> proportion of senior citizen users or of large vehicles. <br /> . ADA parking requirements shall be met for all non-residential projects. <br /> . Appropriately sized and designed off-street truck loading/unloading and parting spaces shall <br /> _ be provided for all retail and industrial projects, for any "dumpster" location and for other <br /> development as required. Loading docks shall be constructed with eight inches of <br /> suitable road base material and a three inch bituminous concrete surface or twelve (12) <br /> inches of suitable road base material and -six inches of reinforced cement concrete as <br /> appropriate to the use. Loading docks -should be sloped, and -may be required to <br /> incorporate a storm water capture structure capable of capturing and holding hazardous <br /> materials spills, with sizing dependent upon use. Loading facilities shall not interfere with <br /> use of, or circulation within, roadways, driveways or parking areas. If approved by the <br /> Planning Board as part of a Commercial center, O ID or other Winced-use project, <br /> appropriately sized on-street loading zones may be used., <br /> Where drive-through w1ondow facilities are proposed, stacking lanes of an appropriate length <br /> shall be provided separately from any parking aisle or emergency access lane. <br /> B.
