Where connection is 8vailable.within 1000 feet to a Town sewer line, such connection shall be <br /> rude in lieu of the above-required facilities if allowed by the Severer Commission. <br /> E. Landscaping. <br /> 1. Irrigation facilities shall be installed to ensure proper maintenance of landscaping. The location of structures, building heights and setbacks between buildings shall require <br /> approval by the Fire Departrner't with regard to emergency access and fire protection'. In <br /> no case may one- or two-story primary structures be located less than twenty feet <br /> from each other or-may structures containing more than two stories be located.less than <br /> thirty o feet from any other habitable structure without specific approval from the <br /> Mashpe Fire chief. <br />
