There was brief discussion regarding <br /> warrant restrictions . <br /> Great Hay Estates <br /> The Town Planner reported notification from a Great Hay <br /> Estates resident, Taurus Avenue,, rho claims there have never been <br /> any street signs throughout the subdivisiot. The cause for <br /> concern being the inability for emergency response. <br /> Upon investigation it was found the Planning Hoard released <br /> the covenant on the streets in 1988,, there was no mention of <br /> street signs in the comment letter provided by the Consulting <br /> Engineer, Mr. Rowley. <br /> Mr. Fdala suggested the Planning Board send a letter to the <br /> developer requesting street signs be installed as provided in the <br /> Town Subdivision Regulations. <br /> M TIo : Pennis Bal arini made a Motion approving Planning <br /> Department Staff. to compose a letter to the developer of the <br /> Great Hay Estates requesting installation of street signs where <br /> needed in order to address proper health and safety issues, with <br /> copies t the Police and Fire Departments s well s to the <br /> B " lding Inspector for Planning Board approval at the September <br /> 41 2002 Meeting; which Motion was duly seconded and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Adjournment <br /> There being no further Planning Board business to address, <br /> the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to adjourn the <br /> Meeting; which Motion was seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> The.
