This matter was rescheduled to September 18, 2002 . Release of Performance Guarantee Stephen Giatrelis - Nioletta' s Way Subdivision The Town Planner reported on information received from the Consulting Engineer in this matter, specific further information being necessary. Applicant is expected to attend the Meeting, at which point the Board will recall the muter. (The Town Planner arrived at this point, 7 : 05 p.m. ) Special Permit Request to Schedule Public -Hearing - Seacoast, Inc. L. P. Wireless Communication Tower - 90 Echo Road, Assessors Map 19, Block 6 . The Town Plwmer reported this project has yet to be approved by the Cape Cod Commission. Procedure requires DRI approval prior to scheduling of a Planning Board Hearing. The Chairman requested Staff to notify Applicant of the Board decision requiring proper time for review and public notice. The Town Planner informed Mr. Giatrelis of the Consulting Engineer' s request for further information, letter dated today. . Giatarelis made reference to a previous letter from the Consulting Engineer- recommending seeding on the road and repair work on the shoulders. There was discussion -regarding the area proposed for hydroseed and costs incurred in connection therewith. Mr. Giatrelis noted the swale that had been washedout -has been repaired approximately -weeps ago. Mr. Giatrelis requested release of a portion of the security (approximately 8, 0 . 0 0 stating most of the work has been completed. . (Richard Terry arrived at the Meeting at this point, : 1 P.M. ) It was the consensus of the Board to await the arrival of the Consulting Engineer for his recommendations/input req rding this matter. - -
