Pursuant to Mass. General Lasts Ch. 41, the Mashpee Planning <br /> Board will hold a Public Bearing on Wednesday, August 21, 202, <br /> at 7: p.m. at the Ma tepee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road Forth, <br /> to consider an application by Willowbend Development Corporation <br /> for modification of the Definitive Subdivision Plan previously <br /> approved for the residential development known as Willowbend. <br /> Said modification consists of elimination of Windyate Road, <br /> Bonnie Blink Road, 21-cluster subdivision lots, and lots which <br /> were associated with previously permitted rrrnul -i-fa .ily structures <br /> along Windygate Road and replacing them with a single lot to be <br /> used for golf course purposes located between Quinaquisset <br /> Avenue, Bryant'Bryant ' s Cove Road, paper streets named Lawrence Street <br /> and Falmouth Road, Shoestring Bay E s t A t e s Subdivision and the <br /> existing Willowbend Golf Course. <br /> The Chairman recognized Donna Bergamo, Willowbend <br /> Development Corporation representative, who provided a plan <br /> entitled, "Modification of Definitive Plan of Land in Mashpee, <br /> MA, prepared for the Willowbend Development Corporation, prepared <br /> by Vanasse Ba.ngen Brustlin, Inc. , Dated May 31, 2 2" . <br /> Ms. Bergamo explained Windygate Roam, Bonnie Blink k Road, and <br /> 21-subdivision lots are to be eliminated as this parcel of land <br /> is now wart of the golf course expansion. As the Town i <br /> currently in possession of a road bond in connection with this <br /> subdivision, an approved plan eliminating the subdivision is <br /> required in order to release the road bond. <br /> With preference to the plan reviewed by the Assistant Planner <br /> the following comments were made. Map and Block, Town Assessors <br /> for all existing lots have not been included; no official Board <br /> of Health decision has been received, although the Planning <br /> Department is in receipt of an E-mail stating there are no <br /> problems; request should be made for consideration of a <br /> waiver s ; there is no information regarding abutting properties; <br /> and monument/bounding information to be provided. <br /> The Town Planner mentioned a filing fee and review fee are <br /> involved. <br /> The Chairman referred to letter received from Applicant <br /> dated July 31, 2002, requesting a waiver in the amount Three <br /> Hundred Fifteen $ 1 . 0 Dollars, subdivision review fee. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to waive the <br /> Subdivision Review Fee in the amount of Three Hundred Fifteen <br /> $ 1 . 0 Dollars; which Motion was seconded by Richard Terry and <br /> o voted unanimously. <br /> Eric Smith noted the plan disc has not yet been received. <br /> The Town Planner clarified any further requests for waiver <br /> would have to be submitted in writing. <br /> _ - <br />
