The Chairman recognized Dare Sanicki, Cape & Islands <br /> Engineering, who responded by noting Board requirements for <br /> grading at intersections. Mr.. Rowley! s concern is for the <br /> cutting of 16 ft. , cutback of the abutting lots. Mr. Rowley <br /> has suggested the Board consider a waiver of the intersection <br /> requirement in order to avoid said 16 f t. cut. <br /> r. Sanicki has not revised the profiles showing grade <br /> changes as the Board has not yet consented. <br /> The Town Planner determined this to be clearly an <br /> engineering and drainage issue, wishing not to comment but rather <br /> to await Mr. Rowley' s input. <br /> Mr. Sanicki pointed out another concern mentioned by Mr. <br /> Rowley, that being the intersection at Falmouth/Old Barnstable <br /> Road. <br /> Both Mr. Pudala and Mr. Sanicki agreed that Mr. Rowley <br /> requires further details Of the plan. <br /> At this point Don Nyprs addressed the Chairman recommending <br /> postponement of further discussion of this matter until such time <br /> as the Consulting Engineer arrives. <br /> The Chairman noted Mr. Rowley' s letter is dated July 3, <br /> 202; as of this date she is unaware of the status of his <br /> concerns mentioned therein. She agreed, it would be necessary <br /> for Mr. Rowley to be present in order for him to address the <br /> issue. <br /> Addressing members of the public, the Chairman asked if <br /> anyone would like to spear. <br /> She recognized Jeff Kelley, abutter, who asked if a <br /> resolution had been reached regarding the intersection at <br /> Nicklaus way and Bayarnps Road.
