The C-1- v and C-1-0 <br /> districts would be eliminated from the map and become C�i zones. <br /> 'The Town Planner concluded his explanation of the proposed <br /> Article at this point, 7 :45 p.m. <br /> The Chairman noted the hour designated for the : o Public <br /> Nearing., willowbend Development Corporation had passed and <br /> entertained a motion be made. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to continue the <br /> Public Nearing, wiiiowbend Development Corporation, to : i5 p.m. ; <br /> which Motion as seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> The Chairman recognized Michael Dunning, Attorney and <br /> Principal for Shellback Realty Trust, resident of Barnstable, <br /> having practiced Law in the Town of Mashpee for approximately <br /> Y <br /> 0-gears. <br /> Attorney Dunning explained his concern to be with the <br /> 5-acre parcel of land at Route 151 and Old Barnstable Road. <br /> This site is presently under review by the Cape Cod Commission <br /> upon three separate referrals made by the Planning Board. <br /> Although this Article purports to be a citizen' s Petition <br /> Article, Attorney Dunning stated it is in fact an exact copy of a Planning Board Article presented several years ago which Article <br /> failed. <br /> Having heard the Town Plaxmerls explanation of the <br /> Article, Attorney Dunning stated this to be a major attempt to <br /> re- one change the Zoning By-law, which is extraordinaryle . <br /> I t�'1� matter is w co <br /> worthy of reconsideration by the Planning <br /> Board, the Article should not have been brought by Petition, as <br /> the time allotted for discussion at Public Hearing to - 15 <br /> minutes) . The Article should have been brought forward by the <br /> Planning Board during the past year, on its own initiative, to <br /> re-present the matter at Public Hearing to provide all interested <br /> parties an opportunity for representation and understandingof <br /> the Article. <br /> Attorney Dunning expressed his concern that this attempt t <br /> present a major re-zoning Article of inmmense complexity, of which <br /> perhaps only one or two people present at the Dearing have an <br /> understanding, before the Planning Board on five or ten minutes <br /> notice. <br /> Attorney Dunning further commented he feels the manner in <br />
