Attorney Mc I l h i nne
y
requested approval of said Plan and release of road bond.
The Town Planner clarified the prior issue in this matter
refers to the newly created parcel which does not show any
boundaries. There are in fact bounds along Quinnequisset Avenue
which have not been shown. The matter had been referred to the
Consulting Engineer for comment.
Mr. Rowley responded that typically bounds should be shown
on the Plan, h6we er he cannot speak for the Land Surveyor in
this matter. He suggested the Plan may have been prepared from
plans of record, not necessarily a field survey.
Mr. Rowley questioned those bound symbols that do appear on
the Plan, not being convinced the roads in question have been
bounded. If in fact there are no bounds in the field, there
should be no identification of such on the Plan. He acknowledged
said Plan, if approved, would eliminate layout limes from the
interior of the parcel and create a new parcel with perimeter-
bounds.
-1 -
