In his opinion, even <br />with those deficiencies he perceives to exist, he feels the <br />proposed Article is more beneficial than the status quo. <br />Mr. . Myers then made a recommendation to the Board for <br />approval of the proposed Article. <br />MOTION: Don Myers made a Motion that the Planning Board <br />recommend to approve the proposed Article on Town Meeting floor; <br />which Motion was seconded by Steve Dolan. <br />There being no further discussion, the Chairman determined a <br />Motion had been made and duly seconded that the Planning Board <br />Note to recommend approval of the proposed Article at Town <br />Meeting on October 7, 2002. <br />Voting in Favor: Beverly mane, Dennis Balzarini,, Steve <br />Dolan, and Don Myers. <br />The Chairman determined the Vote was unanimous to recommend <br />approval of the proposed Article at Town Meeting - October 7. <br />2002. She then declared a f i re minute recess : o p.m.) <br />The Planning Board Meeting reconvened at 8:25 p.m. The <br />Chairman called the following matters <br />Approval Not Required <br />Shuman - Cape & Islands Engineering <br />The Town Planner reported a request has been -made by <br />Applicant to reschedule this matter to the next Meeting. He <br />stated the Plan had been filed at the previous Meeting requiring <br />the Board to tale action tonight. An extension has been <br />requested, he advised this be denied as it would in effect <br />approve the Plan. <br />The Applicant was not present. The Town Planner reviewed <br />the matter stating two of the lots do not meet minim= frontage <br />requirements and therefor the Plan should not be approved. <br />The Board must act tonight as only 1-days are allowed for <br />action, 14 days haying already passed, with the next Meeting in <br />two weeks. If the Board does not act the Plan will be <br />automatically approved. <br />References were made to the Consulting Engineer's report, <br />black and white photographs and color photographs. <br />Richard Term resumed his position as Planning Board Member <br />t this point, 8:28 p.►. <br />The Town Planner expressed concern with setting precedence <br />�1_ <br />
