There was discussion regarding partial paving (binder) of <br />the roadway. . Rowley suggested the paving be maintained to <br />the point of the two basins in order to prevent water spillage <br />onto other lots which are privately owned. Deconstruction of <br />said basins are to be completed as well as loam and seeding of <br />the shoulders. <br />Dennis Balarini requested Applicant to provide cost <br />information for partial and complete finish of the roadway for <br />Board consideration in order to make a (hardship) determination <br />in this ma t-t e r . <br />Mr. Rowley addressed issues concerning the water main. <br />The Town Planner asked that a sense of fairness be taken <br />into consideration of the Applicant as there are lots owned b <br />other individuals along said road who perhaps should assume some <br />of the responsibility as they will experience the benefits o <br />said road repairs. <br />The matter concluded at this point, to be continued to the <br />October 1, 22 Meeting. <br />Discussion Item <br />C. Tlanian Realty Company, Inc. <br />The Chairman recognizedMr. Megathlin who provided some <br />history of the project explaining the originally proposed Outlet <br />Center has been changed to a Community Center, <br />Mr. . Megathlin introduced the project Architect, David <br />Chilinski. <br />Site Plan -Community Character - South Street, Fire <br />Department concerns regarding access to buildings. Mr. Megathlin <br />is proposing a two -wary street with four buildings, two parking <br />lots (originally three buildings, one parking lot, and one - way <br />traffic) . The left-hand turn onto Donna'Donna's Lane has been studied <br />with no objections raised by the Fire Department. These changes <br />are being made from a leasing,, public safety, and aesthetic point <br />f view. <br />(Richard Terry left the Meeting at this point, 9,-13 p.m. <br />The Town Planner expressed concern regarding traffic backup <br />at Donna's Dane left-hand turn suggesting this matter be examined <br />more closely. <br />The Chairman inquired as to the status of Cape Cod <br />Commission review. Mr. Megathlin responded the process is <br />ongoing, a modification of the plan is required. <br />Mr. Chilinski made reference to those changes being proposed <br />- 1 -- <br />
