Applicant concluded presentation at this point, 10:1 p.m. <br />The Town Planner reported there were two Cape Cod Commission <br />Staff Members present who would like to present a Memo from the <br />Regulatory Committee regarding the Talanian project, which is <br />currently before the Commission. <br />Martha last name inaudible) reported said project will <br />require modification by the Cape Cod Commission. It is expected <br />the Regulatory Committee will review said modification proposal <br />early next week in order to make a determination regarding the <br />modification category, minor modification, major modification, or <br />determination a new DRI is required for the new project in which <br />case the project would require Public Hearing process, relative <br />to the modification application. <br />There are also implications of water resources and community <br />character as well. <br />Commission Staff has raised several questions regarding said <br />proposal with reference to build out timing, whether it should be <br />a phased project, and mitigation timing. <br />Robert M=fordi Transportation Department reported there are <br />significant traffic implications. The Commission has labored <br />over a mitigation package addressing the possible oo daily <br />trips which will be generated by the project. e commented <br />traffic impacts with reference to the revised project must be <br />examined. <br />Preliminary Plan Filing <br />Kirsner Irrevocable Trust <br />The Town Planner reported mr. . Kirs per would like to file <br />a Preliminary Plan on property located behind Prime Center, Great <br />Neck Road and Route 28, C-1-0 Zone. <br />SS, representing Applicant presented a complete Application <br />for filing. <br />The Chairman suggested that in the future all Public <br />Hearings be scheduled for '7 :1 p.m. rather than 7: o p.m. to <br />afford time to the Board for review correspondence, attention <br />to minor matters filing, etc. <br />Special Permits <br />The Town Planner reported that DRI for both Industrial <br />Communications and Electronics, Inc. and Sea Coast, Inc. have <br />been approved by the Cape Cod COMMiBBion.
