No other changes have been made to the <br /> original plan. <br /> Dennis Bal arini had questions regarding access and gating. <br /> The Town Planner questioned elimination of emergency access <br /> on Payamps Road, noting the connection between Payamps Road and <br /> the circle is unclear on the plan. <br /> The Chairman recognized John Slavinsky, Cape Islands <br /> Engineering, who explained there is no layout for Payamps Road, <br /> the solid line on the plan indicates Applicants property to the <br /> center lime of Payamps Road. <br /> The Town Planner made reference to access rights to the <br /> other side of the center line, suggesting the road be moved teen <br /> feet twenty feet wide) . <br /> Mr. sanicki stated he is in receipt of Mr. Rowley' s letter, <br /> the two have met, and all issues outlined in his earlier letter <br /> have been addressed, although Mr. Rowley has not had the <br /> opportunity to review said changes. <br /> Mir. Rowley mentioned there are a few issues mentioned in the <br /> letter which they have not yet had the chance to discuss. <br /> Drainage calculations have been reviewed, there is some concern <br /> with the front entrance at Country Club Lane and the amount of <br /> area contributing to runoff. He would like verification that the <br /> swales are large enough to accommodate bath road runoff and <br /> natural runoff . <br /> Mir. Sanicki stated basins have been added on Duval and <br /> Nicklaus. <br /> 'Mere was discussion regarding the location of the driveway <br /> leading into the Country Club; safety, lighting and standard <br /> signage features to be incorporated into the design (to be <br /> discussed with Mr. Taylor, DPW) . <br /> Mr. sanicki was provided a copy of Mr. Rowley most recent <br /> letter, dated October 1 , 2002, -for review. <br /> There being no further discussion in this matter t-he <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Denis Hal arini made a lotion to continue the <br /> Public Hearing in this matter to November 6. 2002, at : 00 .m. . <br /> which lotion was seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Definitive Plan <br /> illowbend Development Corporation <br /> - - <br />
