The Chairman recognized Jack M Ilhinney, representing <br /> Willowbend Development Corporation. <br /> The discussion at the last Meeting was whether or not <br /> monumentation should be shown on roads which have been eliminated <br /> from the proposed project (windygate Road and Bonnie Blink Road) . <br /> The Board determined the Vote to sign "Modification of <br /> Definitive Plan in Mashpee, MA, Willowbend Development <br /> Corporation, dated May 31, 2002, prepared by vanasse Hargen <br /> Brustlin, Inc. " had been taken at the previous Meeting. <br /> Said modification of Definitive Plan was thereupon signed by <br /> Planning Board Members this date ( lar and four copies) . <br /> Release of Performance Guarantee <br /> Willowbend Country Club, Inc. - Definitive Subdivision Plan <br /> indygate Road and Bonnie Blink Road <br /> Attorney Mcllhinne requested Release f Security for <br /> Definitive s Subdivision Plan, said Windygate and Bonnie Blink <br /> Roads have been eliminated. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to Release the <br /> Performance Guarantee for windygate Road and Bonnie Blink Road; <br /> which Motion was seconded by Steve Dolan and so noted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Discussion <br /> Willowbend Country Club, Inc. - North Glen Drive <br /> Attorney McIlhin ey explained North Glen Drive runs along <br /> the Westerly bound, indicating the enact location on the plan. <br /> References were also made to the Glen Subdivision, 1-lots which <br /> have been previously approved, the original Willowbend boundary, <br /> changes to the wolf course, addition of the Gregoire parcel where <br /> two golf holes have been constructed. <br /> References were being made to a Plan of Land entitled, <br /> " it lowbend Development Corporation, Mashpee, Mai, dated June 13, <br /> 2002, prepared by Dorman Grossman, PL H proposed location for the <br /> Fireman Cottage and new lot as AM Plan. Said proposed lot would <br /> include land both within and outside of the original illowbend <br /> Plan. Some reconfiguration of open space land would also have to <br /> be determined, retiring lots on the original Definitive Plan <br /> Gullane Road and Sampsons Mill Road) . <br /> Attorney McIlhinney agreed to follow the direction of the <br /> Town Planner regarding this proposed A R Plan, He agreed to <br /> leave the plan with Mr. Fudala for his review. <br /> The Town Planner inquired as to maintenance of the open <br /> space buffer.
