obtained a variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals at this <br /> location. <br /> The Town Planner suggested a modification process may be <br /> required with regard to the originally approved cluster <br /> subdivision, as the majority of land is located outside of <br /> the original cluster. <br /> Discussion <br /> Willowbend Country Club, Inc. - meetinghouse Road-Noisy Hole Road <br /> Attorney Mcllhinney explained that it had been agreed to <br /> restrict 20-acres of the parcel as open space, as required by the <br /> Cape Cad Commission, DRI approval .. Agreement was made during <br /> Special Pert Modification to restrict an additional. 2 1/2-acmes <br /> to benefit the Town (which has not been fully resolved) . <br /> The Town Planner suggested a triangle of land be included to <br /> insure a connection between Town owned land and Meetinghouse <br /> Road; to which Attorney 1 cIlhinney agreed. <br /> Attorney Mcllhinney requested approval from the Board to <br /> present a plan showing said 2 1/2-acres and corner property at <br /> the next Meetigg as an open item under the Golf Special Permit; <br /> which request was approved by the Board. (This matter concluded <br /> at 8 : 13 p.m. <br /> Discussion Items <br /> indchime Point Development Corporation - Phase 111 <br /> The Town Planner informed the Board that Applicant has <br /> cancelled. <br /> victor Duque - Proposed Road Modifications <br /> The Chairman determined Applicant was not present for <br /> discussion of this matter. <br /> ANR Submission <br /> Crocker Family Trust, II <br /> The Town Planner presented Am submission, lot located on <br /> the corner of Sampson' s Mill Road and Route 28, currently before <br /> the Zoning Board of Appeals . There is a restriction on said lot <br /> "No driveway access to route 2n . There is also restriction on <br /> the first section ofSampson' s Mill Road, access to be gained by <br /> easement across the adjacent lot, which is further away from the <br /> intersection. <br /> It has been suggested that Applicant appear before the <br /> Planning Board to request el.30MO pation of said restriction on the <br /> driveway to Route 2 . <br />
