Public Nearing <br /> Anthony LaCav /Cape & Islands Engineering <br /> uashnet valley west - Assessors, Map 59, Blocks 1 <br /> Approval of 65-lot subdivision plan and extension of <br /> Country Club Lane - Continued from October 16, 22 <br /> The appointed hour haying arrived, the Chairman called the <br /> Public Hearing in this ratter. <br /> The Town. Planner made reference to a letter received from <br /> the Consulting Engineer, Charles Rowley, and provided copies for <br /> everyone. <br /> The Chairman recognized Kenneth Mars tens, Applicant, who <br /> requested a few days notice of any new information for any future <br /> Hearings in order to properly respond and be prepared before the <br /> Board. <br /> Dare Sanicki reported that according to the Board' s request, <br /> Payamps Road has been relocated to the center line of the old <br /> road, the plan has been revised to indicate this change. <br /> Minor changes have also been made, per Mr. Ro ney' s request, at <br /> the intersection entrance to Country Club Lane and Old Barnstable <br /> Road. Also, the intersection layout has been reviewed and <br /> approved by the DPW Director, Greg Taylor. <br /> References were made to Nicklaus Way, gating, in response to <br /> Board recommendations. A gate and fence is being proposed <br /> towards the end of said road. <br /> The above mentioned issues having been made by the Board at <br /> the previous meeting and duly addressed by the Applicant. Mr. <br /> anicki is unaware of any additional concerns raised by Mr. <br /> Rowley. <br /> ignage has been indicated on the revised plan, "Keep Right" <br /> and "Stop" . Therewill- also be a painted stop lime on the <br /> ground. <br /> The Board and Applicant reviewed letter dated November 2, <br /> 2002, Plan Revisions for Country Club Lane, Town of Iashpee <br /> Planning Board, signed by Charles L. Rowley, PH, RL . <br /> There was some discussion regarding drainage issues <br /> mentioned in Mr. Rowley' s letter, " . . .there is a substantial area <br /> between Old Falmouth/Barnstable Road and Duval Lane on the <br /> westerly side of Country Club. . . " <br /> Applicant was in complete agreement to comply with any and <br /> all of the Consulting Engineer' s drainage concerns. <br /> The Town Planner clarified the extension date is December 3, <br /> 22; the Planning Board meets December 4. 22; a decision will <br /> � i <br />
