Drive forth, which motion was seconded by Steve Dolan. <br /> Voting in favor: Beverly Dane; Steve Dolan; and Dennis <br /> Bal arini . <br /> Abstaining from the vote: Richard Terry. <br /> (Board Member. Don Myers arrived at the Meeting at this <br /> point, 7: 2 p.m. ) <br /> Public Hearing <br /> The appointed hour having arrived, the Chairman opened the <br /> Public Hearing - Sea Coast, Inc. <br /> The Chairman recognized Kevin I irraine, representing <br /> Applicant, Sea Coast, Inc. , requesting installation of a wireless <br /> telecormmunication facility located at too Echo Road within the <br /> Town of M,a s hp e. <br /> Attorney Kirraine requested the Board proceed with the <br /> Nearing as there is full Board participation at this point. <br /> The Chairman suggested the Board discuss whether or not to <br /> proceed, recognizing the fact that some members of the public Who <br /> were present earlier have left, and taping the issue of fair play <br /> into account. <br /> It was the consensus of the Board to open the Public Dearing <br /> in this matter, and to then continue to the nest meeting, in an <br /> attempt to proviide equal opportunity to both Applicants to appear <br /> before the Board. <br /> Richard Terry asked for the Applicant ' position in this <br /> matter. <br /> Attorney Kirrane expressedApplicant' s desire to move <br /> forward with a presentation this evening; stating however their <br /> understanding should the Board Irish to continue. <br /> Dennis Bal arini stated his primary concern to be the fact <br /> that members of the public who were in attendance earlier, having <br /> heard the previous Applicant request presentation before a full <br /> Board, left the meeting room in anticipation of a continuance. <br /> There being no further Board discussion, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to continue the <br /> Public Hearing In this matter to November 20,, 2002,, at 7 : 5 p.m. ; <br /> which Motion was seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> - - <br />
