site, the amount of camouflaging is limited. <br /> Attorney Kenney spoke to the Zoning By-law ordinance stating <br /> the proposed Project is located within an Industrial Zone, <br /> entirely within the Mashpee Wireless Overlay District, all <br /> setbacks are within compliance, the minimum lot size is 2 .2 <br /> acres, the minimum frontage is exceeded, as is the vegetated <br /> buffer. The driveway is to be landscaped with rhododendrons, <br /> the disturbed area to be landscaped with arborvitae. The side <br /> yard buffers range from 90 to 100 ft. undisturbed vegetative <br /> buffers. The proposed project is in full compliance with fail <br /> zone requirements. <br /> Attorney Denney then requested Board approval for a one <br /> hundred fifty (15 o foot high tower they meet the 150 f t. <br /> fall zone requirement) .
