Request for approval of Special <br /> Permit application for construction of wireless communications <br /> tower filed March 11, 2002, continued from November 6, 2002 . <br /> (There was a short delay as the Board/Applicant awaited the <br /> return of Richard Terry p.m. ) - <br /> The Chairman recognized Kevin Kirraine, representing <br /> Applicant for the installation of a wireless communications tower <br /> on Echo Road. He reminded the Board that the last time he <br /> appeared before therm he had provided an outline of his remark. <br /> Attorney Kirraine them requested a waiver from the crane <br /> test requirement. Said testing has also been accomplished by <br /> representatives of the Cape Cod Commission pursuant to their <br /> process requirements.
