Applicant has submitted backup documentation to <br /> support this position. <br /> Other distinctions include the fact that Applicant would be <br /> providing complete service to Town/Municipal uses on the facility <br /> being Fire, Police, DPW and any other municipal use. <br /> The Chairman interjected asking for clarification of the <br /> previous statement . Attorney Kirrane responded, "They can locate <br /> antermae and things of that nature on this particular pole to <br /> service their needs (DPW, Fine, Police, etc. ) <br /> The Chairman asked who would be responsible for maintenance. <br /> Attorney . Kirrane and M . Joyal both responded, "The local entity <br /> would maintain it.
