A <br /> Towle of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> December 4 , 2002 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called <br /> to order in Conference Room 1, Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great <br /> Neck Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 7 : 05 p.m. on + <br /> Wednesday, December 4, 2002 . The Chairman, Beverly Kane, <br /> presided. <br /> Board Members present: Dennis Balarini, Nice <br /> Chairman; Steve Dolan, Clerk; Beverly Kane, Chairman; Don <br /> Myers ( : 19 p.m. ) ; and Richard Terry (7 : 08 p.m. ) . <br /> Also present: Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; Eric <br /> Smith, Assistant Town Planner; and Charles Rowley, <br /> Consulting Ehg�.neer. <br /> A quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting <br /> to order. <br /> Board Items <br /> January Meetings <br /> As the first order of business she addressed the <br /> matter of Planning Board Meeting date of January 1, 2003, <br /> New Year' s Day; entertaining a motion as to whether or not <br /> the Board should meet . <br /> MOTION: Steve Dolan made a Motion stating the <br /> Planning Board not meet on Wednesday, January 1, 20 3; <br /> whi-ch Lotion was seconded by Dennis Bal arini and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Aes-sory Apartments Amnesty By-law <br /> Eric Smith explained this issue is a -result of the <br /> Affordable Housing Committee/Workshop. Selectman Cahalane <br /> ha.s expressed his support of the development of this By- <br /> law. <br /> subcommittee has been formed for this purpose, <br /> Barnstable being used as the model. It is expected that the <br /> Building Committee will be heavily involved as well with <br /> l <br /> ;i <br />
