a explained the proposed sewer line project noting the extensive amount of fill removal (in order to preserve the trees) and the return of that same fill to the property. H.e requested Board approval in order to -begin this project. There are three stubs going out to where the proposed road will connect, Phase I-B, Phase I I, and the very back of Phase II where it connects near the Treatment Plant . References were being made to a Plan. entitled "Windchime Point, Total Development 156 U it , 51 Buildings, dated November 26, 20 2" - setbacks, building locations., and road location. Mr. u-inn reported the majority of units have been sold on Blue Heron Drive. The road is partially finished with the exception of the circle area . He hopes to lay the road down in December so that the Buyers can move in. Landscaping will be graded, but not planted. The road and Landscaping will not be ready for Planning Board inspection until the spring. A lot of the irrigation prep work has been completed. The chairman urged Applicant to address any and all concerns raised by the Planning Department very carefully, Detail by detail . The Town Planner made reference to specific items within the staff report - The entire project has to b staffed out; a landscape plan is required under the Special Permit which ha-s not yet been provided; as well as identification of significant trees on the plan. The chairman -noted the Annual Mashpee liver Water Quality Monitor-ing Deport has not yet been submitted to the Planning board. Mrs -Quinn responded by stating he would address this matter immediately. The chairman recognized Mr. Bornstein who agreed the Water Quality Report issue would be addressed immediately. r. Bornstein spoke to the difficulties of designing landscaping plan while making an attempt to preserve the trees and position the various of buildings .
