Attorney Typelie responded units remain to b <br /> completed ,in Phase II, which are in the process of being <br /> sold. <br /> Bennis Balarini asked about construction of two car <br /> garages and whether or not they would be constructed under <br /> Phase II . <br /> Mike Iadzeika responded these are extra garages for extra <br /> parking purposes, three of which could be eliminated if the <br /> Board wishes . <br /> Dennis Balza-rini suggested a site Visit by the Board <br /> upon completion of Phase II . <br /> The Chairman clarified the Special Permit requires <br /> such. a Site Visit; and reminded Applicant of prior <br /> discussion agreement that Phase II is to be satisfactorily <br /> completed before any construction begins in Phase III . <br /> As inspection of Phase II is required, as well as <br /> certain other requirements be net prior to construction of <br /> Phase III, all as outlined within the Special Permit. <br /> The Town Planner made reference to Condition #10 and <br /> the submitted proposals which propose to secure the <br /> completion of Please II and to seek approval to begin <br /> construction of twenty ( ) units in Phase III; being one <br /> of the issues to be reviewed. <br /> Security is to be made by bond, the conditions of <br /> which should be discussed by the Board. <br /> The Chairman recognized Tom Quinn, Windchime Point, <br /> who stated that during Phase I-B moving into Phase II, the <br /> F Board allowed construction of not more that 20-units with <br /> the understanding a Certificate of occupancy could not be <br /> Delivered until such- time as Phase I-B was certified.
