Zoning Board as determined by the Cape Cod Commission is <br /> false and inaccurate. He feels the suggestion made from <br /> the Watts attorney that this has nothing to do with <br /> competition is insulting to the Board. <br /> The Sea Coast, Inc. Decision made by the Cape Cod <br /> Commission states the location of this proposed project <br /> represents a better design and a safe alternative. <br /> There being no further Board or Public comments in <br /> this matter the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Don Myers made a lotion to continue the <br /> Public Hearing in this matter to December 18, 2002, at 7 : 4 <br /> p.m. ; which Motion was seconded by Dennis Bal.zarini. <br /> Voting in -favor:: Beverly Kane, Dennis Bal zarinl, <br /> Steve Dolan, and Don Myers. <br /> Opposed: Richard Terry, stating he feels the Board <br /> should make a decision. <br /> Special Permit Minor Modification <br /> Willowbend Country Club, Inc. <br /> Forth Glen Drive <br /> The Chairman called this ratter to order recognizing <br /> Jack McEl inney, Vice President Willowbend Development. <br /> The Town Planner explained the request for <br /> Modifica-tion of special Permit and procedures based upon <br /> their significance. He suggested the Board vote to approve <br /> the minor change to the Special Permit without the need for <br /> a Public Hearing in this matter. <br /> Attorney McEl.hinney provided a letter to the Board <br /> requesting consideration of minor modification to the <br /> Special Permit . <br /> References to a Plan entitled, "Forth Glen Drive Plan <br /> of Land, The Fireman Cottage Parcel, Mashpee,, MA,, prepa-red <br /> for Willowbend Country Club, 130 Willowbend Drive,ive, Ma-s pee, <br /> MA. The Clem area, creation of a. single cottage being <br /> referred to as "The Fineman Cottage" the bulk of which is <br /> to be located on new land with frontage on a portion of the <br /> existing Willowbend pecia1 Permit property.
