• <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Industrial Communications and Electronics, Inc. <br /> 4 Echo Road - Assessors' Map 19, Block 2 <br /> Approval of special Permit Application for Construction -of <br /> Wireless Communications Tower - Filed March 15, 2 0 02; <br /> Continued from December 4 , 2002 <br /> The appointed hour having arrived, the Chairman having <br /> opened the Public Nearing in this matter explaining the <br /> same situation would apply to this matter, entertained ar <br /> motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to continue <br /> the Public Hearing in this matter to February 19, 2003, at <br /> 7 : 30 p.m. ; which Motion was seconded by Don Myers and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Public ,Hearing <br /> Wind chime Point, Inc. - windchi e Point Conddr inium <br /> The Chairman reconvened the Public Hearing in this <br /> ratter ( : 0 p.m. ) <br /> Attorney Taipale requested are indication from the <br /> Board with regard to the matter of square footage. <br /> Richard Terry asked about the effects of a project <br /> reduction. <br /> Attorney Taipale deferred to Mr. Quinn who explained <br /> that in the event the seventeen (17) ' middle car garages and <br /> three ) random garages for a total of twenty ( 0) garages <br /> are eliminated at 264 feet each would the. result would be a <br /> loss of square footage in the amount of 5, 280 . A 2-ft . <br /> reduction from the length of a garage would reduce the <br /> figure by 84 .square feet . If 4 x 11 feet were reduced <br /> from each perch attached to the end units to the garages <br /> would result in a further reduction of square footage by <br /> 1, 540, leaving ar re l-nder of 7, 684 feet from the 10, 0 - <br /> foot number. <br /> Ir. Quinn did agree to meet with the engineers and the <br /> Town Planner in order to reconfigure garage space where it <br /> lends itself to loner topography areas where a total of <br /> mine 9) garages could be constructed under and inside of <br /> the unit . <br /> 1 <br />
