• <br /> • <br /> The Town Planner suggested a comparison be made <br /> between the original site plan and the proposed, noting the <br /> proposed project is much denser than the original , <br /> Dennis Bal arini suggested the Board conduct a site <br /> visit of Phase II in order to address. the issue of density. <br /> References were being made to the plan regarding <br /> density issues, possible garage/parking lot locations, and <br /> backyard area. <br /> The Town Planner reiterated a comparison between the <br /> original and proposed plan be taken into consideration <br /> examining the issue of density. He made reference to a <br /> letter received from an abutter, the Trustees of <br /> Reservation, expressing concern regarding the appearance <br /> from their property. one of the original concerns of the <br /> Bbard at the time was the appearance from River Road* <br /> Mr. Quinn responded the majority of River Road has <br /> been out, approximately 200 feet remains to be completed. <br /> The road is within Zoo feet of the back of the units; the <br /> buildings will be visible from liver Road; they will not <br /> however be visible from the liver itself . <br /> Ir. Bornstein commented that the windchime Point <br /> Trustees are satisfied with the proposed plan, and have <br /> raised no concerns . <br /> The Town Planner offered to provide the original site <br /> plan to the Applicant for review in preparation, for the <br /> next meeting. <br /> The Chairman entertained a motion in this matter. <br /> MOTION: Don dyers made a Motion to continue the <br /> Public Hearing in this matter to January 15, 2003, at 7 : 1 <br /> p.m. ; which Lotion was seconded by Dennis Bal arini and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Definitive Plan <br /> Anthony LaCava - Cape & Islands Engineering <br /> Qua- hnet Talley West - Possessors' Map 59, Blocks l <br /> Signature of -lot Subdivision Plan and Extension of <br /> Country Club Lane approved with Conditions November 20, <br /> 20 <br /> 11 <br />
