After brief discussion <br /> the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arin-i made a Motion to authorize <br /> the Consulting Engineer to mare an inspection of this <br /> property and report his findings. to the Board; which Motion <br /> wa-s seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted unanimously. <br /> Mike Crowe <br /> The Town Planner acknowledged that Mr. Crowe wa-s <br /> present at the Meeting, that he owns a lot on a paper <br /> street off Route 28 and now has to construct the road. <br /> There is no Covenant, the Subdivision is very old, and the <br /> Zoning By-law prohibits ..the issuance of a Building Permit <br /> unless the property is located on a street or the Planning <br /> Board, determines the road is adequate. <br /> References were being made to a Plan entitled, <br /> ..preliminary Site Plan, -5 Arabic Avenue in Mshpe , MA, <br /> dated December 16, 2002, prepared for Mr. Michael Crowe, <br /> prepared by EAS Survey, Inc. .. <br /> There was some discussion regarding current drainage <br /> requirements, grading details, and roadhouse location. <br /> The Consulting Engineer suggested detail of the <br /> existing site be obtained prior to presenting an evaluation <br /> based upon the site conditions . He then made reference to <br /> .Setion 7E of the- Regulations.
