The Chairman <br /> agreed to submit a Memo to the Selectmen requesting to be <br /> scheduled on their agenda for the purpose of discussing <br /> road takings . <br /> Anchor Self Storage - Report <br /> Charles Rowley, consulting Engineer <br /> Mr. Rowley reported on the inspection made in this <br /> matter. He stated he was not witness to the construction. <br /> At the time of his inspection the drainage, binder for the <br /> first building, etc. had been completed. He provided a <br /> letter to the Board reporting conditions at this site to <br /> date. There remains to be some work to be completed as <br /> only one of the buildings has been constructed.
