Mashpee Planning Board <br /> January 3, 21 <br /> Minutes <br /> Members Present: Matt Malone, Beverly Kane, Steve Dolan, Martine <br /> Mei erin , Dennis Bal arini* <br /> Also Present: Torn Fu,dala,. T wn' Planner, Charles Rowley, <br /> Consulting Engineer, Vella Stevens, Board Secretary <br /> LF Nominee Trust; A r val_ of -lot Definitive Subdivision Plan <br /> Tony Feragamo presented set of final plans for Board review. He also <br /> presented copies of latter from Coastal Technology regarding <br /> drainage calculations. He said that there was approval from the <br /> Board of Health. Charlie reviewed. a I i and said that everything looped <br /> fine, with two recommendations, as noted in his letter.. <br /> Motion made by Martine to approve the plans with the two <br /> conditions as stated in Charlie's letter. Seconded by Beverly* carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> Approyal of Minutes <br /> ,Motion by Martine to approve the Minutes of December ". <br /> Seconded by Dennis; carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Martine to approve the Minutes of December 20th. <br /> Seconded by Dennis; carried unanimously. <br /> Chairman, Matt Malone opened public bearing at 7: 15 p.m. <br /> 1 .Echo F oad• r val of a ial Permit Application <br /> Ron Lange i provided the Board with revised plans showing <br /> modification of parking spaces.. Torn Fudala mentioned the previous <br /> Board decision of counting only registered vehicles which would <br /> require the construction of fifteen parking spaces; five indoor and tern <br /> outdoor. Mr. Gangemi noted on the plans where he had moved the <br /> drainage swell, as recommended by the Board. Toni Fudala <br />
