requested that Mr. Gan er i provide more copies of the System <br /> Profile. Plan that shows the limit of clearing (changes which were <br /> illustrated on some plans, but not all.) Torn said that at this time he <br /> could provide conceptual approval which would refer to specific <br /> plans (i.e., septic design, well location access, water quality report). <br /> Beverly .asled to see a copy of the water quality report. Copies of all <br /> plans, reports, were made and handed out to all Board members. <br /> Motion made by Dennis to continue this hearing until January 1 7th at <br /> p.m.. seconded by Martine; carried unanimously. <br /> Wi d hhir e - Paving Videota <br /> Charlie discussed his viewing of the videotape that was provided to <br /> him by Toni Quinn. He noted that the two applications that he <br /> recommended appeared to have been dome satisfactorily. There was <br /> some discussion by all regarding the proper settling of the compound <br /> once it dried. Charlie, did mote that the road did appear to have been <br /> swept clean, which would have been favorable for proper settling <br /> and daring:. . <br /> Resident, Ro ita Lacey -came forward with concerns about who <br /> would be responsible if the pavement started to crack and break. She <br /> expressed a concern that stun Bornstein may be "cutting corners." Mir. <br /> Bornstein assured the resident and the Board that he used a <br /> reputable company and that he anticipated no problems with the <br /> road. He stated that he would hold the company responsible if the <br /> road cracked within a short time. Charlie explained the process of <br /> spreading and daring and said that based on what he saver in the <br /> videotape, the road should be just fine. <br /> Dennis asked Mr. Bornstein how long he could guarantee the road. <br /> Both Mr. Bornstein and Tom Quinn responded that the road was <br /> done by -a reputable company and should last for many gears. <br /> Charlie reiterated to them that in the future he will need adequate <br /> notification time of activities wh.ieh will require his professional <br /> evaluation. Batt told Mr. Bornstein to compose letter to Charlie <br /> describing hover he plans to keep Charlie better informed.
