Mr. Bornstein asked directly for Board approval <br /> for the plans. Beverly wanted d to know what action the Board was <br /> proposing to take. She also asked Mr. Bornstein about the parts of <br /> Phase I that have not been completed. She read from Section 10 of <br /> the SpecialPermit; she noted concerns that certain items have not <br /> been completed to Board satisfaction. Torn Fudala said that he was <br /> not clear on the conditions of permit issuance before Phase l <br /> completion. Section 10 was re-read and there was continued <br /> discussion about this. <br /> Mike I lade ika said that he was just seeking to have four foundations <br /> approved. Toren Quinn reiterated that they were hoping the Board <br /> would approve the plans tonight because they had craves waiting to <br /> start the jab and could not wait until the next Board meeting to <br /> finalize it. Matt said that he did not sense that there was Board <br /> satisfaction, but that Section 10 does not have to do with site plan <br /> approval, since they would not be issuing a building permit. Mike <br /> reiterated that he is seeking foundation permit only. <br /> Torn Furdala mentioned some complaints about unapproved road <br /> work for Phase. 11 that occurred. Torre Quinn said that this road work <br /> was necessary because of problems in the road with heaver trucks. <br /> Beverly persisted in saying she does not want to give any approval <br /> for Phase II construction. She wanted assurance that the Board <br /> would have a 30 day review period of all plans before giving <br /> approval. <br /> Matt said that he would suggest approval for foundations only of <br /> buildings ,6, ,and 8. Torn Fudala reminded that copies of plans had <br /> to be sent to abutters as well as a-ten day advance notice of public <br /> hearing. hike l a a ika assured that this was done. Tom reminded <br /> that per the special permit* the Board would need total square <br /> footage calculations for each unit. <br /> ,Motion made by Dennis to approve the laying f foundations for <br /> buildings 5, 6, , and 8, pursuant to previous decisions that have <br /> already been made. Seconded by Beverly* carried unanimously. <br /> There was continued discussion regarding landscaping. Tom Quinn <br /> said that the winter does not offer favorable conditions for <br /> landscaping, but that he would be able to meet the criteria for the <br />
