Matt Malone said that their would not be adequate <br /> Board review before the next meeting, and that there was no way t <br /> get around this. <br /> A resident of Phase l had concerns about lighting that had not been <br /> completed. Mr. Quinn assured the resident that the light posts are all <br /> wired up and that they are w6iting for warmer er weather to continue <br /> ground work for completion of the lights. <br /> Torn Fuda l a suggested that we secure a bond for performance <br /> guarantee of landscaping. Mr.r. Bornstein asked that the Board trust <br /> him and that he would rather not get involved in bonds. <br /> Charlie said he needs to work with them on drainage calculations <br /> and will have results by next meeting. Tom added that Condition <br /> of special permit regarding open space transfer reeds to be done. A <br /> description must be provided. Mr. Bornstein agreed to do this. <br /> At this time, Mike Nade it a distributed copies of Phase IB outdoor <br /> barbecue/picnic area plans. Matt invited the public to view these <br /> plans. ,Mr. Bornstein said the association will take a vote whether or <br /> not they want a pool constructed. Mike went nt on to explain the <br /> reve etation plans. Dennis recommended that they continue <br /> revegetation in the Spring. There was some discussion about this. It <br /> was determined that reve etation had to be done according to plans. <br /> 'Motion made by Dennis to approve reve etation, restoration as noted <br /> on plans. seconded by Martine; carried unanimously. <br /> Btu Bornstein had some additional remarks regarding reve etation. <br /> He said that there are existing plants and asked if he could just beep <br /> them there instead of pulling them up to put new ones in. Beverly <br /> said that this would need to be noted' on the plans. Matt Malone <br /> handwrote this modification onto the plans noting that reveetation <br /> would accommodate existing vegetation. <br /> Correspondence/Other Business <br /> Tom Fu.dala announced that the budget is due on Monday.
